Every month, I host a new Fitness Challenge Group. This is your chance to really commit yourself to your goals and take steps towards a healthier and happier lifestyle.  The Beachbody Challenge is above weight loss, there’s a mental breakthrough that occurs.  There are many ways to lose weight, but there is only one way to keep it off, by making a shift in the way you think about nutrition and exercise. And most importantly, the way you think about yourself and your potential!

The groups are small and intimate so that we can all get to know one another. Each of us will commit to our fitness goals, health goals, nutrition, and stay accountable to one another.
